Results:  The visibility of the entire sales process enables agents to be more efficient and effective in meeting customers' needs.

Aurora Tankers

Project:  The Fleet Management System (FMS) was developed and implemented by NCS for Aurora Tankers to manage the business operations of their vessels. FMS is an intranet-based, modular and workflow system designed for the Fleet Planning & Logistics, Post Fixture, Chartering, Research and Administration departments.

The EMAN system supports the electronic submission of cargo manifests for air, ocean, river and rail mode carriers to three key departments - Customs and Excise Department, Census and Statistics Department, and Trade and Industry Department.

Hewlett-Packard (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd

Project:  The Authorised Service Center (ASC) is a secure, web-based customer service system developed by NCS Malaysia for Hewlett-Packard.  It allows resellers to perform call reporting, parts request and status tracking.

Results:  The system minimises data entry, hence simplifying the manufacturer and resellers' processes for warranty, contract management and trade repairs.

Hi-P International Ltd

Project:  Hi-P International is a Singapore-based manufacturer specialising in high precision tooling design and fabrication, plastic injection molding and assembly contracting.  NCS successfully implemented the SAP R/3 Enterprise Resource System (ERP) for Hi-P International Ltd's four offices in Shanghai, marking the start of a global roll-out to other Hi-P plants in China, Mexico and Singapore.  Named Project PACE (Productivity Achievement through Continual Excellence), it was successfully implemented across the four offices in just eight months.

Results:  The system helps Hi-P manage its business operations more efficiently by integrating all of Hi-P's critical business functions.

Lafarge Asia

Project:  Lafarge is the world leader in building materials. As part of its recent relocation of the Regional IT Shared Services (RITSS) to Malaysia, NCS Malaysia helped Lafarge set up the new data centre network and facilities, and equipped it with new servers, software, and backup and clustering solutions. The project was fully deployed by end 2003.

Results:  Lafarge was able to smoothly relocate its critical business operations to a new location without much interruptions to its normal business.
