NCS provided Consultancy services to successfully deliver the vision of the Kingdom’s first truly intelligent and award-winning building which boasts of an array of sophisticated SMART features.

The technology vision and design for the two iconic towers accommodates the complex requirements of Office, Commercial, Hotel, Entertainment and Retail Space.

The result has been 34-storeys of high specification office space in both the towers, incorporating fully integrated IT infrastructure that dynamically responds to the requirements of diverse user types.
