An avid cyclist, Elton rides regularly with his team to foster greater collaboration outside of work. Beyond building friendship, he believes that cycling brings them together to share experience in harnessing capabilities from the various lines of businesses. The ultimate aim - to drive meaningful solutions that contribute to the greater public. As the Client Service Lead of Homeland Security and Gov+, he develops a deep relationship with his clients by building up a keen knowledge of their business. Together with his team, he believes in enabling them to create great work together.
