About the MOM Contact Centre
This is the MOM Contact Centre’s third home since its inception in 2005. To meet the ever-changing needs of its customers, the centre has grown to its present size and doubled its staff strength to nearly 100 Customer Service Associates.
The Centre handles two million calls annually. It is a one-stop integrated contact centre that is fully configured with voice call, internet contact, email and interactive voice response (IVR) to ensure operational efficiency and excellence in service delivery. The Centre manages enquiries relating to work passes, employment matters and workplace safety & health, and can be reached via 1800 - 6438 5122.
When the centre first opened, 1 in 10 customers would get to speak to an associate within 60 seconds. Now, 9 in 10 can do so within 30 seconds. Moving ahead, the centre aims to have more than 95% of calls answered within 30 seconds. The centre aims to be amongst the top Call Centres in Singapore, delivering both efficient and excellent services to the public.
