NCS Group and Suzhou's Industrial Park signs MOU to develop outsourcing business in China

Aims to build first-class outsourcing hub in Suzhou, China

NCS Group, a leading regional information technology and communications engineering service provider in Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, today announced that it has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Suzhou Industrial Park Administrative Committee (SIPAC) to develop its outsourcing business and build a first-class service and large-scale outsourcing hub in China for a wide range of IT services including Application Development, Software Development, Business Processes and IT Management Services.

Whilst NCS is recognised as the top 50 Global Outsourcing Leader by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, SIP is acclaimed to be the upcoming “China Service Outsourcing Demonstration Base” due to its unique policy advantage and well foundation for the service outsourcing business.

Under the terms of the MOU sealed, both parties will collaborate closely to increase the IT talent pool in Suzhou by providing intensive and indepth IT skill development via innovative training programs, thereby raising the IT standards of local and provincial varsities. NCS will jointly design and develop these training programs with the signed on institutions and provide internships to qualified students.

In addition, both parties will embark on worldwide marketing activities to promote NCS’s proven track record and expertise in Services Outsourcing and Suzhou as the preferred outsourcing hub due to its comprehensive logistics infrastructure. This unique combination of NCS and Suzhou collaboration will help to deliver market requirements in China as well as internationally.
