NCS-Wiley Leaders Series Presents "Creating Brand Capital"

National Computer Systems Pte Ltd (NCS), in partnership with John Wiley & Sons (Asia) Pte Ltd, presents the NCS Leaders Series, an exclusive event for NCS top-tier clientele in Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. This follows the success of last year's inaugural event in Singapore and will take place in Hong Kong, India, Singapore and Malaysia.

Branding has evolved to become a crucial tool for the success of a business enterprise. Branding is no longer is just a combination of terms, symbols, design and personality. Effective branding empowers businesses to differentiate themselves from their competitors, to build and sustain customer loyalty, and command colossal prices without losing customer base.

Speaking at this event are the co-authors of the book, "Hi-Tech, High-Touch Branding”, Dr Paul Temporal and Mr Lee Kwok Cheong. The two speakers will give a panoramic view of how businesses can create, develop and manage powerful international brands through understanding Brand Capital.

Dr Paul Temporal is a leading global expert on brand creation, development and management with more than 20 years in consulting and training. Some of the books on branding that he has written include "Corporate Charisma”, "Strategic Positioning” and "Branding in Asia”. His new book, "Romancing the Customers”, will be out at the end of April.

Mr Lee Kwok Cheong is Chief Executive Officer of NCS. Conferred as the "IT Person of the Year” by Singapore Computer Society in 2000, he is recognised as an IT leader of sharp business acumen and extensive portfolio. He imparts his knowledge as Adjunct Associate Professor at the Nanyang Technological University's School of Accountancy and Business.
