Intentia signs major new partnership with NCS for mainland China
Singapore/China, April 14, 2005
Intentia, the enterprise solution provider for the mid-market, today announced that it has formed a major new partnership for mainland China with NCS, one of the leading regional information technology and communications engineering services providers.

The partnership announcement follows the new operational plan communicated in August 2004 by Intentia CEO, Bertrand Sciard. Under the plan, Intentia will improve sales by adding to its current direct sales model, with the inclusion of a partnering strategy to distribute the Intentia enterprise solutions throughout Greater China, Asia South, Japan and Korea.
“The response from the partner community have exceeded our expectations, with a large number of leading resellers, such as NCS, expressing interest in becoming an Intentia partner,” said Mr. Sciard.
Focusing on key industries such as fashion, food and beverage, maintenance, distribution, and service and rental, the company will look towards aligning its new and existing partners with industries and geographies for which they dominate. Its new partner strategy aims to equip its partners with in-depth industry knowledge and proficient sales and service support skills. These factors will help the company extend its market coverage for its key industry focus and remain competitive.
