Nicholas leads the Client Service Unit for Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) in NCS. He is responsible for shaping the strategic and long-term growth opportunities and driving service delivery excellence in the communications and media ecosystem.
With more than 30 years of experience in the CMT sector, Nicholas held a number of senior positions in MNCs such as Singtel, Ericsson, Microsoft, Siemens and IBM. A veteran in sales management, he has both direct and channel sales experience with proven track record of market penetration in the South Asia region, including China, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Nicholas finds it rewarding to pilot digital transformation initiatives, implement B2B digital business model with key focus on ensuring effective execution and fulfilment of key work streams. He enjoys working with key technology partners to apply new technologies to drive innovation and meet customer requirements.
He has attended Executive Programs in both Imperial College (UK) and Columbia University (US) for senior leaders. Nicholas jogs regularly, enjoys going to the gym and playing golf. He has also participated in races like Adidas Sundown and Standard Chartered Singapore Marathon.
