Teh Chong Mien

Mr Teh Chong Mien is the Head of Global Communications in NCS where he is responsible for the overall business strategy and client engagement in the digital transformation of service providers.

Prior to joining NCS, Chong Mien was the Vice President of Enterprise Business Group, StarHub, where he was responsible for the strategy and go-to-market plan for fixed, mobile, TV and media (digital) advertising businesses serving the entire enterprise market segments from Government, Global MNCs, Mid-Market to SMEs.

Chong Mien’s experience spans over 25 years in the ICT industry across the Asia Pacific region. He had held various senior management positions in strategic planning, change management, go-to-market planning and business development with MNCs such as Oracle China/South Asia, Sun Microsystems Asia South and IBM Asia Pacific. In the earlier part of his career, he kick-started a pioneer telephony team within IBM Software and Product Division and was responsible for business development and product management which grew to become an independent business unit.

Chong Mien graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer and Information Science.
