Katherin leads the Aviation & Maritime Transport Client Service Unit in NCS. She is focused on helping healthcare and transport organisations digitally transform their services to become more people-centric and to support the future demands in smart cities.
Katherin has over 26 years of client service experience in Business and Technical Transformation. Some of the interesting technical projects that she was involved in NCS are Real-time Event Processing and Advanced Data Analysis with Predictive Analytics and Command & Control, Customer Utility Billing, Experiences Management Platform and Membership Club Digital Transformation. In her past roles, she was also responsible for partners and account management, overseeing the business relationship for sales, revenue and the P&L of the client accounts.
Katherin has vast experiences in various sectors from her involvements in setting up Testing Competency Centres for clients in Singapore & APAC region, helping clients achieve high return of investment, reducing operational cost & achieving higher customer satisfaction.
Katherin graduated with Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computing Information Management. She is also an active working member in TR68 – Singapore Standards working group for Technical Reference for autonomous vehicles – Part 4: Vehicular data types and formats. Katherin has also enrolled herself as a member of International Harbour Masters Association.
